This meeting was cancelled due to Covid-19 lockdown.

SEATED YOGA with Fiona at Duke Yoga.

You will need: comfy clothes and an upright dining chair as your feet need to touch the floor. If you have no dining chair you can use a stool against a wall. The yoga session will last for 40 minutes which includes some relaxation. The meeting with an opportunity to chat, is likely to be longer so ... bring your own drink and biscuits!

This is an exciting creative connections collaboration between a local poet and 3 artists forging connections between visual, spoken and written art forms. The artwork is united by their love of colour and the use of acrylic paint.
