What happens at Knit & Natter?

Our knitting group is run by Belinda and meets once a month at the ‘big table’ in the Old Cock Inn, Friar Street in Droitwich. We are temporarily holding virtual meetings until face-to-face knitting is possible.

We welcome knitters, crocheters and other crafters as well as members who just want some good company.

July 2020
Knit and Natter tonight was very chatty 🙂 Projects include a blanket, cot cover, socks, NHS nurse and a jumper for a doggie!

April, May and June 2020

We were all knitting and crocheting in real life, but interacting virtually. Not easy with a drink as well!

October 2019

We finished our poppy wreath for remembrance day. Thank you to everyone who knitted, crocheted, embroidered and assembled.

Members of the group used cotton to crochet  dishcloths, adapted a pattern to make a bag for soap, and continued their own projects.

Crochet make-up removal pads

Belinda from the knit and natter club is making and trying out reusable crocheted make-up removal pads. After you’ve used each cotton pad once or twice, pop them into the washing machine with the laundry and they can be used again.

Knitted dishcloths

Reduce your use of man-made fibres and knit yourself some cotton dishcloths. They are also great for presents.
